先日、雑誌の特集で見たのですが、
いわゆる保険の比較特集でその商品ごとの差にびっくりしました。
日額5,000円の保障でも、
日帰り入院から保障するものもあれば、
5日以上入院しないと保険が下りないものもあり、
保障できる病気やけがの種類も違います。
月々の保険料も同じような保障でも
2倍くらいの開きがありました。
特に最近はネット系生保といわれるインターネットでの申し込みが
できる生命保険が価格も安くニーズが高いとか。。。
金額もそうですが、万が一のことが起こらなければ
どんな対応をしてもらえるのかわからないため、
対応の善し悪しまで比較するのは難しいですよね。
また意外と知られていないのですが、いわゆる社会保険でも
病気やけがの際の収入保障があるとか。。。
他にも葬儀費用の一部を補助してくれたりということも
社会保険であるそうです。しかしながら公的な補助や社会保険など知らないゆえに
もらえるものをもらっていないケースも多いのではないかと
ふと思ってしまいました。
私共も不動産を購入されたお客様に火災保険の
ご案内をすることが多いのですが、火災の場合以外にも
お子様がいたずらをして窓ガラスを割ってしまったというケースや
うっかり他人にけがをさせてしまったというケースも
保障できる場合があります。
こういったことをしっかりお伝えしておけば、
万が一の時にふと思い出してもらえるのかなぁと思うと、
しっかりきちんとご説明をしなければと
改めて思ったのでした。
特に万が一の時には誰もが不安になるはずです。
そんなときに支えになるのが保険ならば、
それがしっかり適用できなければ意味がありません。
そこに自分のご説明の善し悪しがあるのなら
それは責任重大です。
こういった不動産に関わる付帯の部分でも
もっと知識をつけていくこと、今年の目標のひとつにしたいと思います。

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.

The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
