今週、平成２１年６月２５日にマイケル・ジャクソンが亡くなりました。
幼稚園から結構聞いてました。(1985～）

マイケル・ジャクソンは今も尊敬しています。
その理由としてはマイケル・ジャクソンは自分の歌・音楽に関してほとんど自分でやっていました。

- 歌詞
- 音楽
- 踊り、ダンス
- アレンジ
- プロデューサー

自分で創っていました。
それに歌い方、踊り方、音楽に関して天才でした。

だいたい今の歌手は音楽、歌詞、踊りを創ってもらってて声が良ければ歌うだけ。
そうではなくても５年、１０年以上続いてるか？
続いてても日本だけではなくて世界中で通用しているか？

言いたいことは分かると思います。

プラスに寄付を世界中にもの凄くしてました。
アメリカのエンターテーナー業界の１。
慈善事業３９団体に寄付していましたし高額金や曲やアルバムやツアーの売上全てを。

去年末に TSUTAYA で BEST OF MICHAEL JACKSON のアルバムを買って良かったです。
これからも新曲やパフォマンスが見れないのが寂しいです。

会社のなかで色々委員会があります。
僕はＥＣＯ委員会のメンバーです。
ＥＣＯ委員会では会社で地球にもっとＥＣＯな方法を見つけます。
例えば営業の車は TOYOTA の HYBRID: PRIUS (プリウス) を使っています。

今回は普段捨ててしまうゴミをまた使えるものを作りました：

BEFORE: 捨てるもの　－　ダンボール、裏紙

AFTER:　再利用できました　ECO-MEMO + 入れ物

本日から理念と経営（勉強・研修）することにしました。

理念と経営は毎月本を読んでグループでディスカッションをします。
グループは会社の人５名いまして皆の意見を話し合います。
グループの皆の意見を聞いてディスカッションをしていますと色々と気づくことがありました。

改善点だったり「もっとこのようにした方が良いね」－
会社と自分達を良くしようとする為にやっています。
朝早くから理念と経営をしますが少しでも勉強・研修できたら自分も少しでも良くれると思います。

仕事も住まいも中目黒にありますので
今回のブログも中目黒にします。
中目黒駅周辺の進展。

中目黒アトラスタワー
再開発の４５階建て + その他にビル３棟
店舗・事務所・分譲・賃貸

２００９年末完成予定

東急東横線高架下
大希望修繕前は居酒屋、飲食店、定食屋、八百屋や刺青店もありました。
大希望修繕後にまた色々なお店が入ったら商店街がもっとも賑やかになったら良いです！！
今はあの通りにはお店半分しかないので寂しい感じです。

中目黒駅　代官山出口
現状中目黒駅は出口一つしかないです。
改札出口は山手通り沿いに広がります。
いつも大変込み合っています。
別の話では中目黒駅はエスカレータが無いです。
エスカレーターあっても階段使うと思いますが全体的に楽になります。
。。。中目黒に出口をもう一つ出来るうわさを聞きましたが進捗は分かります。
まぁ、出来ましたら渋滞は減るし、アクセスも多少良くなるでしょう。

副都心線－東横線
２０１２年に東横線が渋谷で直接繫がる予定。
和光市から元町・中華街で一本。
なんてっ、便利！

地下高速道路
山手通りの下に高速道路を造っています。
たしか、池袋から（中目黒も通って）大井町。
これも完成しましたら渋滞も減ってすっきりするかもしれません。
大橋ジャンクションから大井ジャンクションは中央環状品川線と呼ばれています。
中央環状品川線のオープンは 2013 年予定です。
長いトンネル高速道路のコンセプトも面白そうです。

中目黒で見当たらないお店：

・マクドナルド
東横線にマックが有る駅：　渋谷、祐天寺、学芸大学、都立大学、自由が丘、田園調布
東横線にマックが無い駅：　代官山、中目黒、多摩川

・松屋　－　タコライスもメニューに戻して欲しいです

・おもちゃ屋さん

・ゲームセンター　（パチンコパーラーは３店ありますが・・・）

・ダイソー

＊ケンタッキーが最近消えました

大きい土地が余ってれば欲しい施設

・映画館

・ボウリング場 （最近のマイブーム）

・レンタカー

Here are Mizuho Banks Interest rates for Home Loans in March and the changes since January.

Floating: 2.675% -----> 2.475% (- 0.200%)
2-year fixed: 3.15% -----> 3.10% (- 0.05%)
3-year fixed: 3.35% -----> 3.30% (- 0.05%)
5-year fixed: 3.50% -----> 3.45% (- 0.05%)
7-year fixed: 3.55% -----> 3.50% (- 0.05%)
10-year fixed: 3.60% -----> 3.55% (- 0.05%)
15-year fixed: 4.00% -----> 3.95% (- 0.05%)
20-year fixed: 4.35% -----> 4.30% (- 0.05%)

*** These interest rates listed above aren't the actual applicable rates, please deduct an additional 1.0 to 1.4%. (FOR EX. the floating rate would be from 1.475% to as low as 1.075%) ***

Indeed, interest rates are dropping every month. Now the banks just need to get into lending mode!

After managing my English real estate web site, I would say that it has yielded satisfactory results. Thank YOU!!

Because of this, I have been able to update the site and do a little make over. In the process, I do check to see how many visitors I get a day and from where. That is as far as I can see.

What I have learned is that I am getting more visitors from overseas rather than Japan. As a whole, in recent months, that the United States has the most visitors followed by Japan. Strong and closely competing after Japan are Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and the UK. This leads me to believe that since the real estate market has come down to very attractive prices, people overseas are seeing good potential in real estate investment.

Starting edits and revisions from the beginning of December, to loading photos and doing some translations in early January, the renewed, more colorful web site:

has now re-opened.

My main goal was to re-write some of the information so it would be easier to understand, add more color and photos and include some more resourceful information. I also added a function, a Bulletin Board System where anyone is able to start threads and comment for more interaction. At this point, I do not know how much it will be used but I thought it would allow for more options for everyone.

One thing is for sure: It is a lot cheaper to purchase and borrow money now than it was over the last several years. Hopefully the commercial banks will start getting more aggressive with the interest rate drops as Bank of Japan has been. I know it is wishful thinking...
