I have had many things going on in my personal life very recently. My normal days off Tuesday / Wednesday have been completely packed with visiting with family members and family members to be, hospital visits, loan application after application, contract signings.
It is my job to find properties for clients, submit loan applications and guide through the sales contract. For the very first time, I find myself doing this on my own for myself and it - at times - has been overwhelming. Simultaneously busy with work and other affairs, time has been demanding but manageable.
I cannot possibly try to know all of my clients' feelings when going through the purchase process but going through the experience myself has provided me with a better understanding. My clients have put an enourmous amount of trust in me when purchasing real estate with me. I will strive to never let this change.
